Refund Policy

Generally
We want you to get value from and enjoy using AutoSortImages.
If that isn't happening, we want to make it right.
Credit Purchases
- We are not able to issue any refunds for credit purchases. If you do not know how many credits you'll need, please buy one of the smaller packs.
- Credits expire after 6 months from purchase date.
- If you have a technical issue where an image can't be processed, you won't be billed for that image.
- If the system fails but still charges you, please contact support@autosortimages.com with a screenshot and we'll make it right.
Subscription Plans
- Free plan credits expire after 30 days.
- Basic plan credits reset monthly.
- Pro plan credits are valid for 6 months and roll over month-to-month.
- Monthly billed plans are not refundable — just like credit purchases.
- Monthly billed plans can be canceled for the subsequent month at any time before they renew.
- Annual billed plans are partially refundable for 30 days after you purchase. You'll receive all of the money you paid, less the cheapest way to purchase the credits you used (if any).
